1. Services Provided

Solbrite Company, provides professional solar panel and window cleaning services to residential and commercial clients. All services are performed using industry-standard methods and environmentally safe cleaning products, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be charged 50% of the quoted service price.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise stated in writing.
We accept Visa,Mastercard,Zelle,Venmo, and other payment services listed on the website.
Late payments may incur a service charge of 25% per month until paid in full.

4. Property Access & Safety

Clients must provide clear and safe access to all areas where cleaning is to be performed.
We are not responsible for delays or incomplete work caused by restricted access, unsafe conditions, or client negligence.
we have the right to refuse service to anyone for unsafe conditions and hostile environment

5. Damage & Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your property, Solbrite is not liable for pre-existing damage, structural weaknesses, or deterioration that may become apparent during cleaning.
We are not responsible for damage caused by defective equipment, improper installation, or environmental conditions beyond our control (e.g., high winds, extreme temperatures).

6. Weather Policy

Services may be postponed or rescheduled due to severe weather conditions to ensure safety and quality of work.

7. Warranty & Limitations

Our cleaning services are performed to the best of our ability but do not guarantee improved solar panel efficiency or complete removal of permanent stains, etching, or hard water deposits.
No other warranties, express or implied, are provided.

8. Legal Disclaimer

Solbrite shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
Client acknowledges that results may vary depending on age, condition, and type of materials cleaned.
Use of our services constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
